I just want to tell you and your staff Thank You, for the pleasant experience we had 3 weeks ago at your two locations. I have been fortunate to have played courses all over the US. at most of the golf courses I have played, I will remember the course, not the people that make it work. I have been to both of your course now three times and each time we have been greeted by a great staff that makes our vacation so much fun. So much fun that we will be coming back at the end of February to play both of your course again.
This is the first time ever that I felt compelled to write a letter of Thanks, but your group really deserves a big pat on their backs. Thank You again and we will see you in February.

I thought I must write to thank you and your staff once again for the excellent treatment I, my family and friends received from you all on our recent visit back to Florida from England.
Your hospitality, friendliness and professionalism really is a credit to you all at Remington and Kissimmee Bay. The courses and greens were in excellent condition and we all thoroughly enjoyed playing them again.
We look forward to our next visit later in the year and wish you all continued success.

Just a big thank you for your wonderful hospitality June 15 at Remington GC. It goes way beyond the food giveaway, it's the teriffic course conditions and the personnel from your club. They actually seem to be having a fun time and treat us with a smile. We play many courses and we rarely see total courtesy and committment to making the guests feel welcome.

"What a surprise to receive your e-mail which says a lot about the service you try to offer! We played Remington on Sunday and had an excellent day, certainly helped by being paired with a couple of locals who were tremendous company. As to your course, well, I really must congratulate everyone involved for its condition and in particular the excellent greens which were possibly the best of the courses we played (forest Lake, Diamondback, Shingle Creek, Stoneybrook East). Playing off of the gold tees and having never seen Remington before I enjoyed shooting a 75 and will without doubt recommend the course to others and return to play it again myself.
